Cold Brew

The Art of Slow Extraction

Cold brew celebrates patience. By steeping Kokoy’s speciality coffee in cold water for hours, you unlock a naturally sweet, low-acidity drink that’s smooth, rounded, and easy to love. Whether enjoyed straight, over ice, or with a splash of milk, cold brew brings out the quietest yet most memorable notes in every bean.

What you need:

  • 100 gm Cold brew blend powder
  • 1 ltr room temperature water
  • Airtight Empty bottle (glass or steel)
  • Cheese cloth
Add Coffee

Place coarse-ground Kokoy coffee into your jar or French press.

Pour Cold Water

Add 400ml cold, filtered water and stir gently to ensure all grounds are wet.

Steep Slowly

Cover and refrigerate for 12–18 hours. Slow extraction brings out sweetness while keeping acidity low.

Filter & Store

Strain through a fine sieve or coffee filter to remove grounds. Store the concentrate in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Serve Your Way

Pour over ice. Dilute with water or milk to taste. Add sweetener only if you like — Kokoy’s beans taste great on their own.
