Brewing Clarity, One Pour at a Time

Pour over brewing celebrates detail. Every slow pour highlights the delicate aromas, clarity, and brightness of Kokoy’s speciality beans. It’s a calming ritual that transforms simple ingredients into a clean, expressive cup perfect for those who enjoy precision and purity.

What You Need

1. 20g Kokoy speciality coffee (medium grind)

2. 320ml hot water (92–96°C)

3. V60 / Chemex

4. Paper filter

5. Gooseneck kettle (optional but ideal)

6. Scale & timer

Rinse & Prep

Place the filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste.

Add Coffee

Add 20g of medium-ground Kokoy coffee.

Bloom (The First Pour)

Pour ~40ml water and let the coffee bloom for 30–45 seconds.

Slow, Steady Pour

Continue pouring in slow circles until you reach 320ml total.

Let It Draw Down

Allow the drip to finish naturally — total brew time around 3–4 minutes.
